Terms of Service

Client

• The commissioner has ownership of the likenesses within the commission while the artist retains commercial rights;• The client may not profit off of a commission without previous consent of the artist and commercial rights fee;• Commercial use is not allowed unless commercial rights are purchased and agreed upon before payment;• The artist retains the right to use the artwork for promotion, prints, and social media;• Your piece(s) cannot be used as NFTs or to train any kinds of AI.• You can contact me via DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Twitter, Discord (khaoshund) or email:

Artist

• By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service and use;• I reserve the rights to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-submitted" at a later date;• The artist retains the right to post, display, and include the commissioned artwork in their online portfolio, social media accounts, or promotional materials.
Clients requesting privacy or confidentiality must inform me before any payment is made.• I have the right to refuse a job that I judge outside my standards/rules or that is beyond my current ability.

Procedure

• All general information will be available in the posts related to the announcement of the opening of commissions / YHH slots;• The procedure will only begin with the full payment previously agreed;• Payment must be made within 48 business hours;• Your piece may take up to several months due to my schedule and mental health, by commissioning me, you accept this; please keep in mind that I’m not a fulltime artist. I'm a college student and some weeks I may be busy with my internship;
You may poke me any time to ask about your piece, I am very open about my process, although I highly recommend that you check if your commission was already sketched on my Trello;• Do not complain about my prices, remember that art is a luxury, if you don’t want to pay for my time and experience, please reconsider commissioning me;• You can request changes only during the sketch phase;• To place an order, please fill the form bellow and message me on my DeviantArt notes or via my Discord: khaoshund• After your sketch is approved, I'll get to work on your comm asap.-Form:• Type of piece;
• A clear reference of your character (I'm okay with TH, Imgur, Stash links and others);
• Pose and/or expressions if any;
• Email for the invoice;
• Additional info (if any).make sure my commission slots are open before messaging me!

Payment

• Full prepayment;• Payment must be made via PayPal;• Accepted currencies: Euro and Dollar.• REFUNDS:
- Full if your commission wasn't started or if it was sketched;
- No refunds if your piece was already fully lined;
- No refunds for YCH pieces or Adoptables.

Content

I will draw:
• Real animals;
• Furries (anthro or feral);
• Humans;
• Weapons and armors;
• Gore.I will not draw:
• Mecha/tech;
• Real people.
